WINC Circle (Women in Collective) is an initiative powered by Emerge and Rise to create an inclusive space where women grow in confidence, leadership, and community. WINC is for women across all industries — not just founders — who are building bold futures, navigating change, and seeking connection with others doing the same. Through curated gatherings, real conversations, and a strong peer network, WINC Circle supports women in leading with clarity, growing with intention, and rising with purpose.

Emerge and Rise™ is launching a dynamic series of workshops tailored to the real-world challenges faced by San Antonio small business owners and emerging entrepreneurs. Supporting Local Businesses in Partnership with Live from the Southside
This initiative is designed to empower local brick-and-mortar stores by providing them with the tools and resources to enhance their digital presence during the holidays and beyond. Rather than being consumer-facing, this campaign equips businesses to effectively reach their customers, helping them thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
